Pinewood 6th grade team A will be hosting a summer reading book swap the week of May 28. What a great opportunity for students to get some “new” books to read this summer! Here is how the book swap will work:
At home, decide which gently used books would be good to pass on to another student. For a book to be accepted for donation, it must meet the following criteria:
For each book donated students will receive a “Book Buck”. The Book Bucks can be used to “purchase” books at the swap. Students are responsible for their own Book Bucks-we will not keep track of them.
Students will receive their Book Bucks at the time they donate books directly to the teacher for approval. Morning hallway or enrichment time is best.
The book swap will be held Wednesday, May 29 and Thursday, May 30 before school from 7:45am-8:05am in Mrs.Heintskill's classroom. Only those with Book Bucks may enter the book swap.
